Lee Stivale earned a degree in Business Administration from Villanova University in 1983. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law. In 1989, he earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University.
Attorney Lee Stivale has been licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania since 1986. From 1987 to 1998, he worked for Nilon Paul Mardinly Durham James and Flandreau. From 1998 to 2001, he worked for Jackson Cavanaugh & Stivale. In 2001, Attorney Lee Stivale accepted a position with Mancini & Associates. Finally, in 2012, he founded Stivale Law Offices, PLLC.

Attorney Lee Stivale is an active member of several professional associations, including the Justinian Society, Delaware County Apartment Owners Association, Diversified Property Investors, West Chester Apartment Housing Owners Association and Pennsylvania Residential Owners Association.
